Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your participation in the Green Oxygen project ('Project').

Definitions

2.1 'Token' means the Green Oxygen (GO2) used in the Project.

2.2 'User' means you, the participant in the Project.

Token Purchase

3.1 Token purchases are non-refundable.

3.2 Users must provide accurate information during the purchase process.

Token Ownership

4.1 Token ownership is recorded on the blockchain.

4.2 Users are responsible for safely storing their tokens.

4.3 Important Note: Token ownership does not represent ownership of the physical land on which the bamboo plants are planted. Tokens are solely a digital representation of a user's contribution to the Green Oxygen project and do not grant any rights or claims to the underlying land or physical assets.

Carbon Credits

5.1 Carbon credits redemption amounts are allocated to Users based on token ownership.

Dividends

6.1 Dividends are distributed to Users based on token ownership.

6.2 Dividend amounts are subject to change.

Voting Rights

7.1 Users have voting rights based on token ownership.

7.2 Voting decisions are binding.

Termination

8.1 The Project may be terminated due to unforeseen circumstances.

8.2 Users will be notified in the event of termination.

Liability

9.1 The Project team is not liable for damages or losses.

9.2 Users participate at their own risk.

Governing Law

10.1 These Terms are governed by Saint Lucia law.

10.2 Disputes will be resolved through:

i. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform: A neutral third-party ODR platform, such as to facilitate resolution.

ii. Expert Determination: An independent expert appointed to determine the dispute, with their decision being binding.

iii. Negotiation: Direct negotiation between the parties, with the assistance of a neutral facilitator if necessary.

Changes to Terms

11.1 The Project team may update these Terms at any time.

11.2 Users will be notified of changes.

By participating in the Green Oxygen (GO2) project, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
